遼寧高科閥門制造有限公司是一家集設計、研發、生產、銷售和服務為一體的專業制造閥門的大型高新技術企業，是國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局批準的特種設備（壓力管道元件）制造許可單位。固定資產8500萬元，現有員工360人，工程技術及管理人員55人，具有中高級職稱21人。公司座落在“五點一線”沿海經濟帶與遼寧中部城市群經濟區交匯的渤海之濱——營口市，高新技術產業集群和先進裝備制造業基地。

公司總占地面積22000平方米，廠房面積8000平方米，辦公及試驗大樓面積2400平方米。擁有加工中心、數控車床、立式車床、鏜床、磨床、自動焊接機等大中型通用和專用機械加工設備以及無損探傷、理化試驗、壓力檢驗等各種檢測設備180余臺套。主要產品有金屬閥門、法蘭和金屬伸縮節等，共25大系列，300多個品種，口徑從DN15mm到DN2500mm，壓力從PN0.6MPa到PN32MPa。 憑借雄厚的技術力量、精良的制造設備以及完善的檢測手段，我公司除了生產國標和美標的優質產品外，也能根據用戶的不同要求對非標結構的閥門產品進行加工生產。產品廣泛應用于石油、天然氣、化工、冶金、電力、制藥以及水利和城市管網等各領域，并且在國家重點工程上得到使用。公司目前擁有多項專利產品，并有多種產品領先于行業。

Liaoning Gaoke Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of valves, integrating design, research and development, production, sales, and services. It is a special equipment (pressure pipeline components) manufacturing license unit approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China. Fixed assets of 85 million yuan, with 360 employees, 55 engineering and management personnel, and 21 people holding intermediate and senior professional titles. The company is located in Yingkou City, a high-tech industrial cluster and advanced equipment manufacturing base, on the coast of Bohai Sea at the intersection of the "Five Points and One Line" coastal economic belt and the Liaoning Central Urban Agglomeration Economic Zone.

The company covers a total area of 22000 square meters, with a factory area of 8000 square meters and an office and testing building area of 2400 square meters. We have over 180 sets of large and medium-sized general and specialized mechanical processing equipment, including machining centers, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, boring machines, grinding machines, and automatic welding machines, as well as various testing equipment such as non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, and pressure inspection. The main products include metal valves, flanges, and metal expansion joints, with a total of 25 series and over 300 varieties. The diameters range from DN15mm to DN2500mm, and the pressures range from PN0.6MPa to PN32MPa. With strong technical strength, sophisticated manufacturing equipment, and comprehensive testing methods, our company not only produces high-quality products in accordance with national and American standards, but also processes and produces non-standard valve products according to different user requirements. The product is widely used in various fields such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, and urban pipeline networks, and has been used in national key projects. The company currently has multiple patented products and many of them are leading the industry.
